PACKAGE HANDLING

  • For oversized items like TVs, loudspeakers, etc., the shipping fee will be determined by calculating the volumetric weight multiplied by $8, which is (L x W x H / 166) x $8. This fee is specifically applicable to AIR FREIGHT.
  • Not all packages received at Last Mile Global’s facility will necessarily be shipped to Ghana. Should a package be flagged, additional information will be required from the customer to proceed with shipment to Ghana.
  • The shipping weight assessed at our facility precedes the weight provided by the US store.
  • All packages undergo inspection and reweighing; weights are rounded up to the nearest whole number. For instance, 2.4 kg will be rounded up to 3 kg.
  • Shipping invoices are sent within 24 to 48 hours following package receipt.
  • All shipping, delivery, and optional fees must be paid online before package shipment to Ghana.
  • Packages are shipped every Thursday.
