Our air freight rate is $4.50 per pound (equivalent to $9.90 per kilogram). For delicate items such as televisions or glass furniture, an optional crating fee may apply to ensure safe transit. Use the shipping calculator on the website to get your total shipping estimate.
Once you create an account, you’ll be assigned a U.S. virtual address to use when shopping online. After placing your orders, simply log into your Last Mile Global dashboard and select “Create a Request” to submit your order details.
When your packages arrive at our U.S. facility and are processed, you’ll receive an email notification along with your invoice. We ship twice monthly
- Payments made by the 10th of the month are included in our mid-month shipment cycle.
- Payments made between the 11th and 20th are processed for end-of-month shipments.
Your items will then be shipped to your location in Ghana.

Yes, we do. Shipments from Ghana to the U.S. are managed on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days from the date your package departs our U.S. facility, assuming no customs delays in Ghana. Please note this timeframe does not include the period it takes for merchants to deliver items to our facility.
Yes. We consolidate multiple packages that arrive separately at our U.S. facility. If you have time-sensitive items, you may request priority handling.
You will receive an email notification once your package arrives in Ghana. Our team will also call to confirm your delivery address before dispatching your items. You can track your package status in real-time on your dashboard.
No additional delivery fee is required. Doorstep delivery is included in your invoice.
Yes. A storage fee of $5 per day is incurred if payment is not received within 10 business days of the invoice date.
If you decide not to proceed with shipping after your items arrive at our warehouse, you may arrange a return either to yourself or back to the original US store or merchant. Please provide us with the appropriate return shipping label and ensure this is completed within 10 business days of the invoice date.
