The Last Mile Global Property might connect to other websites not maintained by Last Mile Global. Last Mile Global is not accountable for the content, privacy, or policies of those websites. Including a link to such sites does not suggest Last Mile Global’s endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation of those linked sites. USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features on the Last Mile Global Property, such as viewing your past orders, you will need to furnish specific registration details and other information, including, but not limited to, identification details. Upon establishing your User Account, you must supply precise and comprehensive information and ensure its ongoing accuracy. You bear sole responsibility for any actions on your User Account and should maintain the security of your User Account password. We advocate for the use of “strong” passwords, suggesting a password that is unique to the account and consists of 16 or more characters or a passphrase. You agree to not use another user’s User Account without permission or share your User Account details with another person.

You should promptly inform Last Mile Global of any security breaches or unauthorized usage of your User Account. Last Mile Global holds no liability for losses incurred due to unauthorized use of your User Account. By providing your email to Last Mile Global, you agree to receive service-related notifications about the Last Mile GlobalProperty via that email. This includes necessary notices as required by law or updates to this Agreement, replacing the need for postal communication. We might also utilize your email to send messages regarding Last Mile Global Property feature adjustments or, based on your location, exclusive offers. Should you prefer not to receive such emails, you can opt-out or modify your preferences.

ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

For the security of our customers and to adhere to legal standards, we typically request customers to furnish an original, valid, government-issued photo ID for account verification. In instances where the photo ID lacks the necessary address details, proof of residency might be requested. These protocols are established to prevent identity theft and guarantee precise delivery of your packages.

SERVICES AND FEES

All the services provided by Last Mile Global necessitate a fee payment. These fees, encompassing shipping, customs clearance, and duties, are provided to you before you confirm your order. Upon order confirmation, shipping invoices are dispatched to you for payment before the international shipment is processed.

Only the payment methods indicated on our Last Mile Global Property are deemed valid. Presently, individuals or businesses can make payments through bank transfers or cash deposits to the Last Mile Global LLC bank details indicated on your invoice. No other individual or entity is sanctioned to receive payments on our behalf. We disclaim responsibility for losses incurred through transactions with unauthorized parties or payments made to them. Customer payment for an order denotes acceptance of this agreement and authorization for processing of orders.

When you furnish your payment information, you assert and guarantee that (i) you are duly authorized to use said credit card for the purchase, (ii) charges incurred will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will settle charges at the specified prices, encompassing all applicable taxes, if any. Failure to meet these or any other payment terms may result in withholding order processing and shipping.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

All items delivered to us for further shipment must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Proof of purchase documents must contain the following information: customer’s name and address, order number(s), payment method, and description of items purchased. If someone other than the customer made the purchase, a valid government-issued ID of the purchaser must be included.

These measures are implemented to safeguard against deceitful and fraudulent activities and guarantee the prompt delivery of your packages.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

Last Mile Global retains the liberty to decline or annul a Customer’s request for any of our services if there’s suspicion of fraud, inaccurate customer, product, or pricing information, if the request appears unsuitable, conflicting, unlawful, or outside the purview of our company’s objectives, fundamental principles, and service provisions.

We hold the right to demand that a Customer furnish supplementary acceptable information to verify the validity of a transaction before complying with the Customer’s request for any of our services. We may choose not to process or conclude any transaction and cancel any transaction if, in good faith, we doubt its authenticity or have grounds to question the accuracy of any information provided by the Customer. Furthermore, to mitigate risks, we might, at our discretion, impose restrictions on the quantity and/or the number of orders we dispatch for any Customer.

We stand in opposition to fraudulent and criminal activities conducted through our services. Hence, when fraud or criminal actions are suspected, we reserve the right to refuse service, withhold products and payments, report to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, and furnish pertinent information to comply with all legal obligations and prosecutions. Additionally, we possess the authority to liquidate all items stored in our warehouses if they remain unclaimed or unpaid for by their owners for up to 6 months.

COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS

You commit to adhering to all applicable laws and regulations operational in the country from which the goods are dispatched and the country in which they are received. You shall not exploit or endeavor to exploit Last Mile Global in obtaining or dispatching illegal, unsafe, or perilous materials, banned merchandise, or controlled substances. Goods are unsuitable for transportation if the goods are categorized as dangerous material, perilous goods, or articles barred or restricted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the export control laws and regulations of both departure and destination countries, import or customs regulations, or any applicable government department’s laws or regulations.

ORDER SHIPMENT

Upon receipt of your items by Last Mile Global, the final shipping weight of your items will be ascertained, and a final invoice will be submitted to you for payment. This conclusive weight determination will supersede any prior estimates or determinations made by us or online stores. All shipping weights will be rounded up to the nearest whole number. Fragile or easily damaged items will be shipped in their original packaging. Other loose items will be repackaged at no cost to you. If an item is extremely fragile, additional crating and packaging will be applied, and the associated costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Should additional crating become necessary, Last Mile Global will contact you to arrange payment via your account.

Your package will be dispatched for shipment on the date indicated on your invoice once payment is received by the due date. If payment is not received by the due date, and no plans are made to collect the item from Last Mile Global, the customers will begin incurring storage fees and will be required to pay the storage fee along with the shipping fees when they decide to ship their items.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICY

Last Mile Global aids customers in returning or exchanging items purchased from US stores before dispatching them. However, customers must communicate directly with the vendors or merchants to acquire a return shipping label in the case of returns or confirm the availability of the items they can make exchanges against. For items bought directly from Last Mile Global, customers have a 45-day notice period from the date of purchase to inform Last Mile Global of any defects.

DAMAGE OR LOSS

In the event of damage or loss of parcels previously covered by parcel protection, we will collaborate with the shippers to evaluate and file a liability claim. Should the claim request receive approval, the customer will be refunded a % of the declared package value. However, if the package that has been damaged or lost was not previously covered by parcel protection, the customer is entirely responsible for any damages or losses in accordance with our Terms of Use. It’s essential to note that Last Mile Global will not refund shipping fees.

INDEMNIFICATION

You consent to indemnify, shield, and maintain Last Mile Global, its parent entities, associates, subordinate entities, officers, staff, subcontractors, as well as each of their officers, staff, and agents, free from any claims, losses, and costs, including rational attorney fees and expenditures, connected to your utilization of Last Mile Global Properties, any breaches of this Agreement, or any issues emerging from the utilization of User Content that you have presented, published, or otherwise furnished to Last Mile Global or the Last Mile Global Property.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, you and Last Mile Global agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally before initiating a formal arbitration proceeding. The party that intends to initiate an arbitration proceeding must first send a notice to the other party that describes the claim. The notice must include the initiating party’s name and contact information (address, telephone number, and email address) and a detailed description of (1) the nature and basis of the claim and (2) the nature and basis of the relief sought, with a detailed calculation.

You are restricted to resolving disputes with us individually and cannot raise a claim as a plaintiff or as part of a class, merged, or representative action. Class actions, collective arbitrations, actions as a private attorney general, and combining with other arbitrations are not permissible.

TERMINATION

Last Mile Global may terminate this Agreement at any time, suspend your User Account, and delete all User Content associated with your User Account at any time, and without notice, if Last Mile Global deems that you have violated this Agreement, the law, or for any other reason. In such event, you may not register a new User Account or access and use the Last Mile Global Property through a User Account of another user and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
